I support organizations in complex transformations (organizational, cultural, digital), bridging the gap between strategic vision and on-the-ground adoption.

My interventions include:

• structuring transformation pathways (framing, roadmap, deployment),

• aligning stakeholders, including at the management level,

• translating transformations into concrete and engaging initiatives (workshops, training, storytelling).

What drives me: mobilizing with optimism and making transformations understandable, adoptable, and motivating.

🌱 I have a particular interest in projects related to ecological and societal transition.

🎓I am also involved in higher education: I direct a Master's program, teach courses, provide coaching, and serve on juries. For the pleasure of sharing my knowledge, boosting the confidence of tomorrow's professionals, and developing their skills to enter the job market.
