January 2023. New beginning. A skills assessment reminded me how much I love to write. I want this writing to become a bridge between inspiring initiatives and the general public. I decided to make it my profession.

September 2023. Here I am, a solutions journalist-writer :)

My expertise is gradually focusing on experience stories. I also offer other more in-depth formats such as case studies on the economic opportunities of emerging sectors or evaluation reports of programs or public policies.

Some recent achievements:

- interviews and experience sheets for an associative network;

- studies on the economic models of food deposit and bicycle repair.

Just a week after settling in Chambéry, I was welcomed by my new colleagues at ADRETS. New landscapes, new position, but also a new ecosystem. After working mainly with the private sector, I was now going to dedicate myself to a new cause: access to services in the alpine mountain territories.

My main responsibilities were:

- facilitating networks of territories and stakeholders on the subject of public services;

- supporting local authorities in their service development projects (AMO, service plans);

- writing analyses and decision-making tools for public policies.

Some examples of concrete productions:

- Development of a guide on the "Smart Villages" approach for the French Rural Network, including experience sheets, reports, portraits, and interviews, facilitation of an editorial committee of experts;

- Creation of a methodological booklet for facilitating a network of reception points - facilitation of a collective writing sprint, collection, synthesis, and formatting of information;

- Research and co-writing of a briefing note on the impacts of the Covid-19 crisis on seasonal workers in ski resorts.

What I learned:

- facilitating projects cooperatively, using agile methods and collective intelligence tools;

- collecting, processing, and cross-referencing a mass of information, data, and viewpoints, to draw a synthesis and recommendations.

By stepping through the doors of Hosmoz (formerly Réseau Gesat), I had the intuition that I was about to enter a unique universe where the economy only makes sense when it serves people. So I put my project management skills to work for ESATs and adapted companies (EA) that support 170,000 professionals with disabilities.

The mission? To support ESATs and EAs in developing new non-outsourced activities with high added value for individuals.

Specifically, I:

- conducted prospective monitoring and made strategic recommendations to create new professional sectors;

- established and facilitated networks of ESATs and EAs in emerging or growing professions (collection and recycling of electronic waste, preparation of meal trays, corporate concierge services…);

- supported these networks in their skill development (mutual understanding, peer-to-peer training…) and their visibility through common communication tools (websites, events) and joint offers.

What I learned:

- mastering technical subjects to concisely and didactically present the main economic or regulatory issues;

- facilitating working groups and creating collective dynamics by bringing together people from diverse backgrounds around a project or a common vision.
