A year ago I had 2,000 LinkedIn followers and no clue what I was doing. Today I have over 10,000, a newsletter with 650 subscribers, and clients who found me instead of the other way round. No pods, no bought followers, no posting every day.

I'm a vendor management consultant. LinkedIn is how I turned 16+ years of corporate experience into a business. I know what it takes to go from invisible to being the first person someone thinks of in your field.

For individuals:

- Profile audit and rewrite. Headline, banner, About section, featured. All of it doing one job: making the right person stop and read.

- Positioning. What you actually stand for, said in your words. Most people copy the influencers in their space and end up sounding like everyone else.

- Content strategy. What to post, who it's for, how often. No engagement bait. No hooks you'd be embarrassed to say out loud in a meeting.

For companies:

- Your buyers don't follow your company page. They follow people. I work with founders and sales teams who have real expertise and no visibility, and turn that into pipeline. Positioning workshop, content system, and the coaching to keep it running after I leave.

- Who I work with: consultants, founders and B2B teams in procurement, supply chain and professional services.

Formats: 1:1 sessions, profile audits, team workshops, company programmes. I ran a workshop in Lisbon in February for 14 people and I'm speaking in Barcelona on the 5th August.
