👀 My starting point

I started working in business consulting in very different sectors. I wanted to understand why some businesses work and others don't, being apparently the same; I quickly understood that the difference is made by people and not by work processes, so I redirected my professional career towards the people departments, although a consultant never stops being one...

Since then I have been helping to transform organizations from the people with agile practices, I contribute my experience of more than 20 years and I learn every day.
