I have a rich and varied background. First, over ten years in a purchasing department as a buyer/product manager in fashion, which taught me the rigor and method necessary for negotiation, collection building, budgeting, sourcing, and margin objectives. I then moved on to become a category manager, giving me a more strategic vision of the purchasing function. This expanded knowledge of purchasing is essential for me today to manage multiple projects and approach new methods. Furthermore, I have acquired managerial skills that have allowed me to lead a team of 6 people. My interpersonal skills allow me to adapt my communication to the audience I am addressing. My last experience as co-founder of a feminine slow fashion brand: Celma Paris demonstrates my entrepreneurial spirit, my taste for challenges, my good project management, and my boldness.
