The IEHCA is an institute that promotes research in the field of food heritage and culture. I produced a series of 3 portraits of food industry actors in Touraine, presented within the institute:

• A winemaker in organic farming, from vine pruning, bottling, to in-store tasting
• A day with a farmer-baker, from kneading at 4 am to selling bread at the market at 5 pm
• A market gardener undergoing a career change,
