The IEHCA is an institute that encourages research in the field of food heritage and culture. We produced a series of 3 portraits of food industry players in Touraine, presented within the institute:

• An organic winegrower, from vine pruning, bottling, to in-store tasting

• A day with a baker-farmer, from kneading at 4 a.m. to selling bread at the market at 5 p.m.
