After medical studies, I shifted to applied mathematics. I completed my PhD at INRIA on the modeling of cancerous metastases, in collaboration with AP-HM. Today, I am a research engineer at CERESS (public health laboratory, Marseille), working on clinical trials and longitudinal studies.
What I do specifically
Statistical analyses for clinical research: survival, mixed models, longitudinal data. I am very familiar with the constraints of the hospital environment – imperfect data, deadlines, back-and-forth with clinicians.
I also develop tools in R: packages to automate recurring analyses, Shiny applications to make results accessible to non-statisticians.
