Assisted the CEO during her maternity leave, I was assigned numerous varied tasks with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy.

Management of an innovative project for the CEA (Atomic Energy Commission) in Paris-Saclay.

My main responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Creation of technical plans and diagrams

• Sourcing and managing supplier orders

• Coordination and management of subcontractors in France and internationally in English

• Creation and writing of specifications and technical sheets

• Management of deliverables (organization, backward planning)

• Assembly and installation of patented devices at CEA Saclay

Sales and Client Management:

• Treasury management; budget creation, invoice generation, and accounting follow-up

• Incoming client management (via email and phone) and follow-up (via quote and invoice creation)

Company Value Enhancement:

• Patent creation

• Branding of the DOLLY® brand (logo and graphic charter redesign, implementation of a unique registration system)
