Responsible at Studio Level for the PMO & Co-Dev India Cells (1.3k employees in 2 locations: Pune & Mumbai):

• Leading & deploying a PM Co-Dev framework for our production teams to succeed in all the game dev projects with a team of specialists

• Leading the PMO team and organizing Workforce Management for Production (300+employees)

• Developing & Leading the Customer Relationship Center from scratch to 60- talents with the mission to support Ubisoft's gamers in NCSA

• Developing project opportunities with MD, Production Directors, and Production stakeholders

• Editing project plan with the Producer (mandate, staff plan, RACI, macro timeline)

• Structuring and setting-up project processes (backlog refinement, release oriented goals, etc.)

• Following up on Co-Dev execution in "co-op" with the Production Director & Producer (project health assessment, establishing KPI on scope/schedule/ cost/quality)

• Leading a team of 70+ cloud engineers (24*7) in India with worldwide reach including localized support (JA, DE, PT-BR, ES, FR) - grew the team from 10 to 70+ in a one-year span

• Expanding the operations SOW: customer advocates, technical content development, and QC

• Coordinating with Google HQ: SLA & KPI reviews, steering committee, strategy, financial forecasts

• Streamlining the processes to improve efficiency & providing dashboards to report on the ops health
