I intervene where poor measurement can lead to bad decisions: clinical, product, organizational, or strategic.

La thèse combine : - une réflexion théorique sur les modèles explicatifs de l’expérience vécue, - des méthodes psychométriques (construction d’échelles, analyses factorielles, validation), - et une attention forte portée à l’interprétabilité et à l’utilité réelle des scores produits. Ce travail vise à dépasser une approche purement descriptive ou comportementale pour proposer des indicateurs psychologiques robustes, capables d’éclairer des décisions concrètes (recherche, conception d’outils numériques, prévention, accompagnement). La thèse constitue aujourd’hui le socle méthodologique de mes travaux appliqués en santé et en environnement de travail, notamment sur la mesure du vécu humain, la conception d’indicateurs décisionnels et la traduction de concepts psychologiques complexes en outils opérationnels.
