About Cédric

When a project relies on human scores, questionnaires, or indicators, I secure what is measured and especially how it is interpreted.

I intervene where poor measurement can lead to bad decisions: clinical, product, organizational, or strategic.

My role is to transform complex and often vague concepts into measurable, interpretable, and truly useful indicators in real-world conditions.
I articulate psychology, psychometrics, clinimetrics, operational constraints, and ethical precautions to avoid decorative scores or unusable tools.

Specifically, I work on:
- the precise definition of constructs to be measured
- the structuring of models and dimensions
- the logic of scoring and its limitations
- the interpretation of results and their decision-making use

Within Whip Up Labs, I have spent several years designing digital health and work environment tools based on complex psychological and methodological models, with high demands for validity, robustness, and scientific responsibility.

I provide targeted support to e-health startups, clinical teams, and consulting firms on short, well-defined missions, often integrated into R&D (CIR) approaches.

I am generally consulted when the question becomes central:
"What are we measuring, and why?"

Education

  • Doctorate in Clinical, Cognitive and Social Psychology
    University of Lille
    2021
