Annual turnover of the Department approximately 3 Million Euros – Processing of Tenders and contract management in compliance with contractual commitments in terms of quality / cost / deadline, namely:

• Response to Tenders within the allotted time and request for extension when required;

• Development of Technical and Commercial Proposals in compliance with Group and spare parts department rules (current document templates) to minimize risks (payment terms for positive cash flow);

• Compliance with CNIM's net margin of at least 10%, except for management arbitration;

• Processing of orders on Oracle, Negotiation of prices, deadlines, payment terms, incoterms.

• Ensure the delivery of compliant materials, monitoring and control of goods within the contractual deadlines specified in each order;

• Contract monitoring until customer payment is received

• In case of non-conformity, processing and monitoring of Non-Conformance actions for remediation (if possible) with customer/supplier negotiation until closure of the Non-Conformance

Over one year: 100 proposals – 50 contracts executed

• Revenue generated: €1.6 million (Average revenue per project €30k)

• Average net margin generated: 10.4%

• Definition of the engineering solution adapted to the need and available.

• Construction of the commercial proposal, contractual negotiation (Price, Terms & Conditions).

• Supplier search, benchmarking, clarification and negotiation.

• Project management: ordering, logistics, delivery monitoring according to defined schedule and Incoterms.

• Administrative management: client invoicing, budget monitoring and reporting.
