Regulatory Activities - Steering

- Structure and lead the steering committee for activities related to credit and sectoral policies

- Monitor work progress (workshops with business units, policy drafting and updating, etc.)

Surveillance Activity – EWI and ISR Monitoring

- Conduct feasibility study for solution implementation

- Identify and coordinate business and IT contributors to projects

- Define the scope: data to be collected, indicator selection, define the scope of institutions, data restitution/exposure methods

- Define the project roadmap

Impact: Implementation of a consolidated dashboard for monitoring credit risk indicators and responding to ECB / internal control requirements.

Contribution to improving the organization and data collection processes for reporting related to restructured loans, NPLs, and origination monitoring.

Representing data teams in project instances, coordinating adherence work, identifying sources, and mapping data to be collected.

Impact: Improved data collection, reliability, and utilization for Loan Origination reporting.

Steering a regulatory reporting project in a demanding ECB context, focusing on the production of the Mega Loan Tape across multiple portfolios and data scopes.

Leading instances, monitoring KPIs and budget, defining the data collection industrialization roadmap, coordinating business/IT, and organizing responses to the regulator.

Impact: Securing the ability to produce reporting within expected deadlines and strengthening the robustness of the regulatory response system.
