I have undergone training in digital communication to acquire more skills to become a "funnel builder". My mission is to set up an effective customer acquisition channel.

A sales funnel often consists of ads (Facebook/Google) > Landing Page > Calling > Closing.

To carry out these missions, I manage a team of independent agents in customer relations, web designers, community managers, and web developers.

80% of our clients are in the training and coaching sector.

For a little backstory, I have been a specialist in customer relations and prospecting since 2014, experienced in outbound and inbound calls. I started as a telesales representative in real estate, then as a technical advisor in the SFR mobile technical service for two years before being promoted to manager in the same field.

My curiosity about how clients reached the stage where I took charge of them led me to delve into the commercial side until I undertook training on how to implement a customer acquisition strategy.
