Consultant in digital distribution within the Accor group, I assist hotels in optimizing their performance across digital channels, with a performance-oriented approach.

My mission involves analyzing the performance of distribution channels (OTAs and direct channels), identifying levers for improvement in visibility, conversion, and distribution mix, and formulating strategic recommendations tailored to the challenges of each establishment.

I work on optimizing digital content (visual and editorial), improving competitive positioning, and managing sponsored and non-sponsored campaigns to maximize return on investment and contribution to revenue.

In collaboration with hotel teams and head office stakeholders, I contribute to strengthening the mastery of digital levers, structuring action plans, and securing performance in a demanding competitive environment.
