• Coordination of collaboration between external suppliers (networks, cable installers, IT, and the new solution publisher) through various committees.

Context: Intervention as a functional coordination consultant within the Integration department, as part of the transformation of the IT production ecosystem of CCI IDF.

Mission Objectives:

Audit existing practices around production deployment processes.

Structure the Integration department's contribution to the SI transformation.

Consolidate an operational roadmap and its validation milestones.

Achievements:

Analysis of the production deployment cycle for existing infrastructure projects.

Recommendation of the Build & Run approach inspired by DevOps practices, including the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

Complete documentation of target integration processes.

Presentation of recommendations to the extended Steering Committee, with strategic alignment of the department's activities.
