Cédric Cohen

With 15 years of experience, first as a short film director, then as a video director in the fashion world for ELLE magazine, I chose to launch and develop my freelance business about ten years ago.

My goal in becoming independent is to have the opportunity to access a diversity of projects, video or photo, for which I can leverage my creative skills and gain ever-richer experience. The human element is at the center of my attention, and the satisfaction of my clients, businesses or individuals, is at the heart of my concerns. There are no small or big projects; each one brings shared and lasting satisfaction. I am happy to reconnect with some of my clients who have been soliciting me since the beginning!

Furthermore, for the past 5 years, I have been sharing my knowledge of Cinema and my audiovisual experience with communication students, or with company communication departments, who wish to learn the basics of designing and producing a video using a smartphone or a DSLR camera. Other topics are covered, including equipment to use, lighting, microphones, etc.

In all my projects, I bring an artistic sensibility linked to my professional but especially personal background. I studied music at the Regional Conservatory of Saint-Maur-des-Fossés in Val-de-Marne. I also had a theatrical experience as an amateur actor for over 20 years.

What drives me? The love of Cinema, an inexhaustible source of inspiration, a lifelong passion.
