Mission 2: Support for the transfer of sample collection activities from entity A to entity B. Implementation of an EDI, adoption of a route planning software, alignment of analytical services. ✅ Results: transfer completed without disruption to customer service, smooth integration of the new operating model (reduction of manual tasks, better coordination and adoption of change).

Mission 1: Turnaround of a laboratory in crisis (delays, decreased productivity, high absenteeism). Implementation of the Kotter method and an action plan (5S, workflow reorganization, production indicators). ✅ Results: backlog of delayed samples reduced to zero, deadlines reduced by 250%, productivity increased by 23%, savings of €45k in unbilled services, restored confidence and motivation, regained customer satisfaction, daily performance monitoring ensuring better anticipation of deviations.

Context: An obsolete and fragmented LIMS with several local versions was hindering the digitalization and integration of newly acquired laboratories. Objective: Develop and deploy a standardized LIMS for over 70 laboratories in 25 countries and 4 business lines. Actions: ✔ Management of an international team of 50 experts in Agile Scrum mode. ✔Alignment of business processes and implementation of governance to maintain a single ERP. ✔Development of a network of local experts to ensure the system's sustainability.
