I spent over 15 years practicing my engineering profession in the software field, working for Peugeot SA, Valeo, and Annecy Electronique, among others. I also observed these organizations, the individuals participating in them, and the interactions that occurred. Within these more or less complex structures, balancing demands for quality, innovation, and performance, I became aware of the need to re-emphasize human talents. Each organization possesses extraordinary resources for carrying out congruent projects.

I also had a career as a rugby referee, developing my ability to commit and make decisions, sometimes under stress, but always by establishing a framework of trust through perspective and listening.

It is with this rich experience that I now offer to accompany you in your agile transformation. This change will allow you to implement or consolidate an organization focused on value creation, with teams detached from their fears and power struggles.

I operate in the Pays de Savoie, Lyon, or Paris regions, preferably on a part-time basis.
