Executive with over 20 years of experience in the Retail sector (7 in Spain). Specialized in digital transformation, omnichannel, and the development of new business models. I consider myself a versatile, flexible person with a high focus on the client (internal and external), excellent communication skills, ability to interact at different levels, and empathy. Likewise, with strategic (long-term) and tactical (short-term) vision, leadership, and charisma focused on attracting and developing talent, as well as good teamwork skills. My experience in different companies such as Electrodepot and TAOKIDS in Spain and France, and my bicultural and multidimensional network allow me to guide, advise, and support companies in making the right decisions when investing in Spain and how to do so according to the culture of both countries.

-Development and execution of business strategy to achieve company objectives. -Development of international markets (Spain). -Supervision of the execution of the annual budget and its objectives, as well as the Strategic Plan, and ensuring they are carried out according to established parameters. -Setting short, medium, and long-term objectives, as well as developing and proposing the company's future development plans. -Carrying out objective planning, accompanied by a work plan and a series of strategies that consider adverse and favorable scenarios that may arise. -Identifying areas for improvement. -Understanding market trends. -Control and supervision of the annual budget.
