I transform organizations and collectives through projects using design approaches, collective intelligence methods, and training.

With a diverse skill set including project management, facilitation, service design, space design, and pedagogical engineering, I approach each intervention with care and collaboration to unlock its full transformative potential. I intervene:

- During key events (team seminars, multidisciplinary events)

- Throughout projects (coordination of HR transformation projects through design, conception and experimentation of new services, etc.)

- During training or action-learning programs (training, equipping project teams, facilitating networks of stakeholders, project coaching, etc.)

As an expert in environmental and food-related issues linked to territories (biodiversity, health-promoting urbanism, nature education, etc.), I have developed a strong ability to articulate systemic challenges with multidisciplinary teams.
