Position within the IT Systems and Transverse Governance Department: Missions:

- Gathering strategic intentions from business units, supporting needs conceptualization and consulting, co-constructing a MVP (Minimum Viable Product), new processes, and use cases.

- Assisting business units in creating wireframes, user journeys, and contract annexes with external IT partners (Service Level Agreement, security standards, etc.).

- Proposing roadmaps for new features to be delivered and success indicators to measure ROI value, delivering scoping documents.

- Leading and facilitating workshops with business units, IT teams, and IT partners.

- Analyzing existing systems and mapping the current state of information systems in relation to the need.

- Studying possible solutions and designing the most appropriate IT solution from a cost/time/quality perspective, identifying the most suitable patterns, communicating to IT departments the requirements impacting functional/application systems (CRM Salesforce, SAP PO, etc.).

- High-level IT solution cost estimation, project/program commitment.

- Specifying interfaces and data flows between systems, modifying models (workflow, sequence diagram, type – micro-service, queue, web service via API, etc. –, asynchronous vs. synchronous, etc.).

- Co-constructing test and acceptance use cases, defining the solution deployment strategy.

- Communicating and ensuring compliance with IT standards and best practices on programs/projects. Non-exhaustive themes covered: Customer Care, VIP Customer Care, Fraud & Security, Retail, Logistics.

Responsibility in addition to my current role.

- Providing a critical perspective and proposing new ideas to foster cross-functional collaboration among Bouygues Group's IT departments (TF1, Bouygues Construction, Bouygues Immobilier, Colas, Bouygues Telecom) - Launching the BYTECH community & its manifesto.

- Leading Bouygues Group's IT Committees, and proposing topics/speakers.

- Creating inter-entity events (Escape Game, etc.).

- Ensuring the progress of actions around the BYTECH community and promoting it.
