As a health education project manager, I work within CODES 83 on the design, coordination, and evaluation of prevention and health promotion projects for various audiences and field professionals.

My role involves:

- Designing and structuring educational activities (materials, pedagogical tools, adapted content),

- Coordinating partnership frameworks (institutions, associations, organizations),

- Ensuring operational and methodological project monitoring,

- Producing clear and usable documents (pedagogical tools, grids, facilitation guides, liaison documents, reports),

- Ensuring the accessibility of content, especially for people with disabilities,

- Participating in the evaluation and continuous improvement of actions undertaken.

I pay particular attention to the clarity of messages, adaptation to audiences, and the pedagogical quality of materials, to ensure actions are effective, ethical, and directly usable in the field.

Within AFPA, I contributed to the operation and improvement of training programs by acting as a link between pedagogical teams, administrative staff, and external partners.

My work primarily focused on:

- Aligning information related to training pathways,

- Organizing and monitoring training and apprenticeship activities,

- Structuring work tools to facilitate team coordination,

- Supporting stakeholders in adopting procedures and materials,

- Participating in projects for continuous improvement of internal practices.

I was particularly involved in simplifying and modernizing tools to enhance information clarity, streamline communication, and reduce the workload for teams, while respecting the institutional framework.

Creation and implementation of pedagogical activities in line with a curriculum. Identifying individual needs within a group. Customizing content based on student profiles (e.g., non-native speakers, students with learning difficulties, students with disabilities, etc.). Classroom management: establishing clear rules, maintaining discipline fairly, and creating a conducive learning environment. Evaluation and feedback: regularly collecting and analyzing student progress to adapt and optimize results. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (doctors/school psychologists, management teams, parents, local authorities, other teachers, etc.).
