Since my training and practice years on ERP and housing architecture missions, I have had the opportunity to analyze and address issues related to the management of medium and large-scale equipment programs, first in an agency, then as a freelancer.
I have thus participated in collective housing projects in the required phases: FAISA, APS, APD, PC/PCM. DCE/PRO. These missions were supplemented by tender analysis, writing of CCTP, visas, DOE, and receptions.
From 2008, I focused my activity on timber-framed projects, as the demand was significant in partnership with a family carpentry company sensitive to environmental concerns. I therefore participated in the construction of individual houses in the provinces and transposed this experience to the renovation of apartments in Parisian buildings.
I completed this approach in the private sector with the construction of cultural facilities such as multiplex cinemas and health facilities.
Since then, I have been seeking to get involved in construction, renovation, and restructuring operations of existing buildings with an eco-citizen approach.
