After several years within a public health agency (Anses) and then a consumer association which is also a media outlet (UFC Que Choisir), I offer you my skills as a consultant engineer in Scientific, Regulatory and Nutritional Affairs.

My past experiences have allowed me to acquire solid skills in project management, regulation, and public health policies in the food sector, in France and Europe, but also in data analysis (SAS, R, Microsoft Excel, VBA, SQL). I have developed a network of contacts in academia, analytical laboratories, NGOs, interprofessional organizations, and industry. As a specialized writer at Que Choisir, I was committed to informing consumers to help them make informed food choices. Through these publications and by representing the association in various working groups, I sought to evolve behaviors and regulations towards healthier and more sustainable food.

In a context where the challenges surrounding our food are becoming more complex, I would be delighted to put my skills, rigor, and enthusiasm at the service of your missions: writing bibliographic notes on regulatory or scientific topics, project management involving data collection and analysis, product analysis in collaboration with a laboratory, or writing simplified or expert scientific content. As a committed engineer, I collaborate with organizations and companies investing in healthy and virtuous consumption patterns: we have a lot to do together!
