My role as a Product Owner?

Product Owner with 80% focus on back-end (delivering APIs for the group). I have therefore led numerous technical and functional workshops and discovered this back-end world.

I also performed the following tasks:

- Support the business in expressing their needs

- Adapt an MVP approach in the realization and quest for functional needs.

- Work in an agile context (SCRUM method)

- Write user stories, be the guardian of the backlog

- Define a version and ensure its delivery

- Continuously bring value to the product

- Quickly bring product value to the business

- Manage a team of 6 people

- Facilitate workshops, agile ceremonies

On assignment for EDF:

Project: I am involved in several projects aimed at assisting technicians and engineers in power plants with their movements within the plant, on-site training (virtual reality BR visit), and their packaging management. The application is of the 'street view' type.

Agile Scrum methodology, 3-week sprints

• Write persona sheets and facilitate UX design workshops

• Scope and gather requirements from business referents at each CNPE (National Center for Nuclear Energy Production)

• Develop the project roadmap

• Write User Stories (US) and functional specifications

• Manage and prioritize the backlog

• Set up SQL queries

• Monitor development with the technical team

• Validate deployments across the entire scope

• Participate in Program / Project committees

• Produce documentation on change management

• Create videos for the business (using Wondershare Filmora editing tool)
