About Cécile

The world of wine has fascinated me since my university days, and I have always been committed to valuing the work of the men and women who produce it, and the terroir from which it is extracted. After more than 10 years working on its image and communication, I returned to the basics, production, by animating the agroecological transition dynamic of the Provençal sector, through the coordination of collective technical efforts.
My interpersonal skills (empathy and leadership), my analytical ability, and my sense of organization and teamwork have enabled me to successfully complete a large-scale project (€700k+), involving multiple partners (interprofessional organizations, unions, chambers, technical institutes, business clusters), funded by France Relance, which brought all the technical stakeholders in a sector into alignment to facilitate its agroecological transition.
I also led the development and writing of a territorial demonstrator project (€6M+), bringing together private actors, institutions, associations, and local authorities, aiming to establish new territorial wine governance and improve the circulation and integration of knowledge and innovations, to accelerate the change in practices essential for adapting to environmental challenges.
