I am a journalist, filmmaker, and public speaking trainer.

For over 25 years, I have worked with the spoken word: what we gather, structure, embody, and dare to use. I have presented, interviewed, directed documentaries, supported sensitive narratives, and trained students, journalists, and professionals.

Today, I help high school students, university students, young adults, and professionals prepare for their important oral presentations: the baccalaureate oral exam, defenses, interviews, competitions, pitches, conferences, or media appearances.
