We also specialize in production, events, and campaigns for pop-up brands, aimed at presenting and promoting emerging brands and concepts.

My responsibilities at Feelnow are as follows:

Analyze our target brands, contact them, organize a working meeting to understand their needs, and propose a production campaign adapted to their identity. I handle all the organization of the shoot, including booking makeup artists, hairdressers, locations, and influencers. My role is to effectively manage the organization of shoots and campaigns, with the goal of providing quality services so that brands can achieve their marketing objectives.

Graphic creation: Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator for creating visual elements.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Creating contacts, updating company and investor information, actively participating in the continuous improvement of the CRM.

Project manager support: Assistance in planning and coordinating events, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks before events.

Logistical coordination during trade shows: Managing relationships between investors and companies, ensuring the smooth running of meetings.

Marketing and communication reinforcement: Contributing to the implementation of the marketing and communication action plan, particularly in emailing and newsletters.

Investor prospecting: Identifying and actively approaching potential partners to strengthen the investor network.

Event management: Pre-show logistics coordination, including signage design, inventory management, preparation and shipping of necessary materials, as well as printing of books and badges.
