My name is Catherine Vandamme, a passionate decorator. In addition to my expertise in floral art and event decoration, I have been a specialized trainer in Merchandising and sales techniques for over 20 years.

Throughout my career, I have had many valuable experiences in mass retail, retail, and small businesses. I have created and designed numerous planograms, miles of customer journeys, implemented tons of products, arranged multiple shops, and decorated miles of linear meters of window displays!

For me, Merchandising is much more than just arranging products on shelves. It's the art of creating easy and inspiring shopping experiences for satisfied customers. With a sparkling and empathetic nature, it was obvious for me to turn to transmission through training and supporting future professionals, committed retailers, and customer satisfaction-conscious artisans.
