Part of the internal studio team (Plus Agency) of a global leader in payment services, producing various print and digital materials: whitepapers, manuals, long-form reports, and digital product launch campaigns on Google Ads. Each asset had to comply with strict technical specifications for format, weight, and dimensions. This discipline of technical compliance, applied to high volume and tight deadlines, is directly transferable to design requirements in a regulated environment.

Design and production of print and digital materials for clients in Australia and Europe – from brief to final files. Projects included annual reports, brochures, multilingual publications, campaign assets, and infographics for medical research institutes (Garvan Institute, Kirby Institute), NGOs, film distributors, and tech companies. Experience in multilingual typographic composition in six languages, including Arabic (right-to-left). Comfortable with complex layouts and structured long-form documents.

Graphic Designer within the Creative Services team of UNSW's External Communications department, producing visual identities, reports, brochures, and event materials for various faculties and departments. Direct work with university stakeholders to meet briefs, present concepts, and deliver print-ready files. This role initiated long-term client relationships that now form the core of my freelance business.
