Franco-Canadian, I have evolved for over 20 years within large international groups, in management and executive positions, at the crossroads of HR, finance, IT, sales, and operational management.

These experiences have allowed me to lead cross-functional projects, specialize in digital transformation, change management, multicultural management, and navigate complex environments where the human dimension is as essential as performance.

Expatriate for 16 years, I am a citizen of the world and bilingual French - English.

After supporting organizational transformation, I chose to explore individual transformation — convinced that lasting change begins with self-awareness.

As a professional coach, I am certified in NLP, and in various support tools such as psychometric profiles, skills assessments, and hypnosis. I am also trained in the systemic approach.

Today, I put this dual expertise — strategic and human — at the service of leaders, executives, and professionals in transition, to help them clarify their direction, strengthen their coherence, and act with purpose.

I believe in an approach to coaching that combines the clarity of analysis with the depth of human connection.

My role is to help see more clearly, understand underlying dynamics, and restore meaning where complexity or fatigue may have blurred the lines.

Each coaching engagement is a meeting, a shared exploration where accuracy, trust, and the capacity for evolution emerge.
