🎯 My entry into the world of freelancing was triggered by a simple conviction: the true value of digital is when technology adapts to humans — not the other way around. After more than 13 years evolving in the Salesforce ecosystem, I decided to go solo to support companies already equipped with the platform in a different way.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to:
- participate in and then lead projects of all sizes — from local initiatives to European-wide deployments
- design and deliver tailor-made solutions, from simple configuration to the most complex architectures
- support a wide variety of users — from passionate experts to more reluctant profiles — to make Salesforce truly useful for everyone.
These experiences have allowed me to develop a multi-skill approach, at the crossroads of functional, technical, and human aspects. Today, I put this agility at the service of companies that want to optimize, simplify, and better leverage their Salesforce on a daily basis.
I am launching my laboratory, my KatLab, so to speak: a space for experimentation, listening, and concrete impact.
