Served as CFO for the legal entities Engie Impact Belgium and Engie Impact France, providing strategic leadership and oversight. Directed and coached a team of 5 direct and 25 indirect (via SLAs) employees and led financial controlling, accounting, and reporting activities for Engie Impact in Belgium, France, the UK, Germany, Singapore, and Australia. Managed corporate finance, taxation, and treasury operations.

- Implemented finance processes in 4 legal entities to monitor financial performance and built strong finance teams.

- Established 2 new legal entities through negotiation and execution of Business Transfer Agreements, including 50 client contracts and 100 employees, in collaboration with a PMO and project teams.

Secured €1M to €30M refinancing transactions through strategic financial planning and close coordination with the treasury and legal departments, enabling the entities to meet payment obligations for the next 3 years.

- Presented financial reports and analyses to the Executive Committee, Works Council, and Board of Directors, highlighting the realization of targets and identifying future opportunities, resulting in successful validation.

- Guided finance transformation projects, including ERP implementations, business transfers and integrations, restructuring programs and company closures, while managing internal and external statutory and tax audit requirements.

Managed a team of 15 employees and led business controlling and FP&A activities for 10 Shared Service Centers in France, Benelux, and the Americas. This included financial reporting, KPI monitoring, budgeting, business case evaluations, and strategic planning.

- Delivered strategic plans and Medium-Term Plans (MTP) for GBS Finance, securing a €100M annual budget.

- Held the CFO role for Engie Global Business Support SC, overseeing accounting and tax guidance activities, as well as managing internal controls for financial and accounting processes.

- Directed development and optimization projects, enhancing operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Managed a bi-located team of 4 employees and led controlling activities for the Shared Service Centers Finance in Belgium and France, including budgeting, monitoring financial performance and developing KPI dashboards. Led optimization projects, from harmonization of accounting processes to implementation of efficient management tools. Managed IFRS accounting & tax guidance to support compliance of the Shared Service Centers’ deliverables.
