Engineering Responsibilities: Responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of the product and manage team regarding industrial aspects Represent the industrial organisation of the project in internal or external (customers, suppliers) meetings. Define with the project team the process, in order to meet performance and cost targets. Organize pre-serial trials as part of Serial production activity of IProM, of progressively increased volumes, to achieve flawless Customer Start Of Production, after Full Day Production Run.

• - Parameterization of automation systems;

• - Creates monthly improvement suggestions and, ensure that those are implemented;

• - Initiate and implement actions for continuous monitoring and implement of testing processes, minimize cycle test equipment downtime in accordance with customer requirement;

Engineering Manage the specification, procurement, development and manufacturing integration of new or replacement tooling to support new product introduction and provide continuing technical support to design and manufacturing. Develop and implement a sustainable tool preventative/predictive maintenance standards to ensure optimisation of tool performance. Actively seek and encourage the input of manufacturing personnel, material suppliers and other appropriate parties into the continuous improvement of our tooling and manufacturing capabilities, ensuring that learning points from previous projects and best practice are adhered to.
