I am Paolo Castro and I am looking for my next exciting adventure after co-founding lazy.so. Although it was an incredible experience to build a startup from scratch, I realized that our team had divergent visions.
As co-founder and CTO at lazy.so, I had a diversity of responsibilities, ranging from driving product development to overseeing daily operations. This versatile role has honed my expertise in product management, team collaboration, and strategic planning. What sets me apart is my ability to balance the demands of leadership while remaining deeply immersed in programming and operational aspects, particularly in the spheres of development, R&D, and DevOps.
We tackled challenges head-on, from integrating AI and LLM to creating an offline-first application with Electron JS. I enjoyed contributing to lazy's pixel-perfect design, creating user stories and workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with macOS using tools like AppleScript and JXA.
Following my amicable departure, I am truly excited to join a new team. My passion lies in creating user-centric solutions with a focus on pixel-perfect detail. I thrive on solving complex problems, leveraging emerging technologies, and improving application performance.
I look forward to bringing my product development, research, leadership, and collaboration skills to a dynamic environment, contributing to the creation of innovative products.
