I served as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for LifeScan, with responsibility for all group subsidiaries.

In this capacity, I managed GDPR compliance globally and in a harmonized manner, overseeing the deployment and coordination of the process from start to finish on an international scale: mapping processing activities for each entity, risk analyses and DPIAs, managing intra-group and cross-border data transfers, ensuring contractual compliance with subcontractors and partners, defining retention periods, developing common policies and procedures, and providing operational support to local teams.

This mission ensured consistent, robust compliance aligned with regulatory requirements, while taking into account the organizational and operational specificities of each subsidiary.

I served as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for CFC Croisières, responsible for the complete management of GDPR compliance.

In this role, I structured and deployed the compliance process from A to Z: mapping processing activities, risk analyses and DPIAs, ensuring compliance of contracts and relationships with subcontractors, defining retention periods, formalizing internal policies and procedures, providing operational support to teams, and acting as an interface with internal and external stakeholders.

This mission was conducted with a legal, operational, and pragmatic approach, ensuring effective, sustainable compliance adapted to the realities of the business.
