International recruiter specializing in web development and Big Data, I began learning the ins and outs of Recruitment during my studies at SKEMA Business School during an internship at the COTY group in 2013.

I have recruited thousands of executives for permanent, fixed-term, freelance, temporary, internship, and work-study contracts, for internal recruitment, responses to tenders, and external recruitment.

My expertise lies in quickly understanding clients' needs in terms of hard and soft skills, my ability to find candidates who match these expectations, and above all, to pique candidates' interest in learning about the offer and meeting the hiring decision-makers.

How do I achieve this? Because I put myself in the candidate's shoes and explain to them why the opportunity can truly be a springboard for them and their career!

I am also very adept at managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously (an average of fifteen candidates per open position) and prioritizing my actions to quickly close with candidates whose compatibility score with the position is very high.

Finally, I am able to source both French-speaking and English-speaking profiles, for positions in France or abroad.

I have indeed already recruited many engineers for expatriation assignments abroad and am very comfortable promoting international positions as I have lived abroad myself (in North America), traveled to most continents, and worked with a large number of foreign executives expatriated in France as well as French executives expatriated abroad.
