I help organizations deliver complex programs and bring order to operations that have outgrown their structure.

Over the past several years I've directed a 10-year, $200M hydropower capital program, built Project Management Offices from scratch with the toolkit, policy, and program-wide schedule to run them, stood up an integrated master schedule for a U.S. national laboratory, and developed five-year strategic plans for a federal civil works agency. Before consulting, I led operations and enterprise system implementations in healthcare, including a hospital-wide Epic rollout. I'm an expert-level Primavera P6 user and work fluently across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
