With 25 years of professional experience, including 10 years as an HR Business Partner in an international industrial environment, and perfectly bilingual in English, I have managed both operational tasks (payroll, personnel administration...) and sensitive strategic missions (social plan, site closures...) as well as HR development projects (implementation of a European training academy, recruitment and upgrading processes...). Today, I offer SMEs in-depth diagnostics of team dysfunctions, I conduct and analyze professional interview campaigns, I support and train managers on HR issues related to their roles (conducting various types of interviews: recruitment, performance review, objective setting, salary negotiations, annual appraisals...) I lead group workshops to build team cohesion around Ikigai, I also offer individual coaching sessions to people who have lost their sense of purpose to help them break free from toxic relational patterns, transform their relationship with themselves and others in order to regain clarity and confidence in their life choices.
