Caroline Monnier

After graduating from Grenoble Ecole de Management and working for several years in purchasing departments, I decided to dedicate more time to my lifelong passion: theater! I then undertook professional training at the Atelier Blanche Salant and founded my own company, "Les Cris de l'horizon." Today, with my dual experience in both business and as an actress, I lead training sessions on public speaking and stress management.

The goal? To help you approach public speaking differently, without stress, and provide you with the keys to be more convincing and make your message more impactful.

The stress management workshops allow you to leave with concrete tools to approach your daily life differently.

How? I use the tools of an actor (relaxation, role-playing, vocal techniques...) and those of non-verbal communication (body language). The training sessions are fun and always conducted with great kindness.

For whom? For everyone! And especially for those who lack confidence when they need to lead a meeting or conference, present a pitch, have an interview with a recruiter, prepare for oral exams for competitions...

I also organize team-building events with theater workshops, custom-designed for your teams.

To date, I have worked with clients such as Orange, Véolia, Critéo, Johnson & Johnson, Foncia, LCL, Pumpkin... I also coach the speakers of the French Curiosity Club.
