Administrative and Financial Manager by profession and management controller, I support and assist companies in their strategy and development by implementing management processes for optimal coordination of the various company departments (financial, administrative, and human).

After analyzing the management, processes, and tools already in place, I help improve them or propose new ones that will allow the company to structure itself financially (for monitoring their revenue, for organizing and supervising accounting elements, and for cash flow monitoring).

I also propose tools for better human resources management and for establishing payroll elements as effectively as possible.

I organize administrative management for both suppliers and customers and propose negotiating and finding new contracts to reduce company overhead costs.
