After 15 years serving medium and large companies as an employee in a private IT company, I decided to leverage my expertise for much smaller businesses.

My work with personnel from the Commercial Court allowed me to deepen my legal knowledge, particularly concerning business law.

This, combined with my IT skills, enables me to conduct comprehensive audits, both in terms of IT security and GDPR compliance.

Having been audited for 10 years for the renewal of my former company's ISO 9001 certification, I have acquired strict organization and a work methodology based on continuous improvement.

Today, certified for my DPO skills, I primarily focus on assisting companies with their GDPR compliance, but also on helping them prepare for the Qualiopi audit, through consulting services or drafting documents in compliance with various regulations and standards.

Among my most significant achievements, I would mention:

- Executive assistance (drafting procedures, contracts, correspondence, schedule management, etc.)

- Customer relations (15 years of technical support for software/hardware and telemarketing)
