For 5 years, I organized tailor-made culinary events from A to Z, primarily in B2B (team building, culinary demonstrations for brands, event hosting, etc.), managed our fleet of chefs, handled suppliers, logistics, and followed up with all our clients.

My greatest achievement in B2C: the creation of "La Tablée des Capu'", a large food market at the Marché des Capucins in Bordeaux, which I managed in its entirety: concept, preparation of the municipal application, recruitment of restaurateurs, communication plan, PR, artistic direction, logistics, setup and dismantling management. I organized 3 editions, each attracting over 2500 people.
