From childhood, an observer's stance forged my sensitivity to group dynamics, a fascination for the human being later fueled by philosophy. This ability to decipher interactions has become the bedrock of my expertise, wherever I am.

I do not see conflict as inevitable, but as a symptom of an opportunity for growth. My approach aims to restore authentic dialogue to co-construct sustainable solutions.

Through Manager coaching, I aim to develop collective intelligence, making the organization more agile and resilient.

My atypical background is also clearly operational. It includes entrepreneurship in renewable energies (Solatteco, 2007), immersion in high-pressure trading as a laboratory for crisis management and self-control (FXCM), and commitment to ecological technological innovation (Demio). This diversity has equipped me with a unique ability to understand and adapt quickly to complex and hostile environments.

My signature method, "Observe, Understand, Adapt," draws on tools from brief therapies (NLP, NVC, Neurocognitivism) and the principle of the "meta-position": stepping out of the game to analyze it better. This structured approach allows for clarity in addressing any tension.

My "OUT OF THE BOX" value proposition and my role as an external observer allow me the necessary distance to reveal what internal stakeholders no longer see: repetitive patterns, unspoken issues, missed opportunities.

Enriched by a systemic vision, I help organizations develop a culture of anti-fragility. My ultimate goal is to transform transversal skills into a lever for collective performance and individual fulfillment.
