Within the DMI team of the L'Oréal Pro brand, I actively participated in elevating the brand by developing the very first interactive guidelines and managing about 15 launches across different segments, with a 360° market follow-up.

Permanent contract - within international marketing: International Design Project Manager for Makeup, Fragrance, and Skincare segments.

Creation of international point-of-sale launches for different segments: Counter displays, various POS for stands, flagships and boutiques, window displays, podiums, Open Sell systems, etc.

Creation of the new makeup image at point of sale, merchandising, and retail: Makeup Bar, Lip Bar, Face Bar, new retail concept, Open Service (wall displays, C1, C2, Travel retail) etc.

Creation of permanent elements for the brand: new window display concept, fragrance furniture, etc.

Permanent contract - within the EMEA department: VM Designer for Bobbi Brown and Jo Malone brands for 1 year, then VM Designer Manager for the Bobbi Brown Brand for 3 more years.

Creation and development of the open service as well as new Makeup and Skincare Bars for the Bobbi Brown brand.

Deployment and adaptation of guidelines or creative intentions received from NYC across the entire EMEA region for Jo Malone and Bobbi Brown brands.

Creation of the new Bobbi Brown brand positioning within the CSR scope, work on reusable, multi-axis, recyclable design.
