Expert in information system consulting and project management since 2006, I specialized in User-Centered Design in 2010.
After a professional experience in Australia of more than 13 years, I have been back in France since 2017.
I work in both the public and private sectors on large digital transformation projects: websites/intranets, consumer applications, business applications. I also support entrepreneurs and startups in their product development strategy.
My role as a Consultant is to support you in multidisciplinary co-design, the manufacture and testing of prototypes directly with users and to help you develop a culture of continuous improvement based on User-Centered Design.
I also work as a trainer in companies (INTRA & INTER) by developing and facilitating personalized training and support programs based on the problems encountered.
I share my feedback and customer case studies to provide concrete applications to the practices and methods studied so that they can be appropriated in their own work context.
My mission is:
- to help understand and grasp all the dimensions of UX Design and all the opportunities offered by Design Thinking methods
- to support the experimentation of working methods based on co-design, iterative Design and multidisciplinary collaboration
- to share my experience of managing user-centered projects in a context of change management, project management or personalized training
- to raise awareness of the importance of Design upstream of functional construction and continuous improvement throughout the life cycle of the product or service
