About Caroline

I optimize the impact and added value of your content, both in substance and form, with your various stakeholders through a global and synthetic vision, a keen sense for detail and aesthetics, and by telling stories that I bring to life in words, live, or images.

My career began in-house in internal/HR communications and continued in a communications agency, where I honed my curiosity for brand & corporate culture and developed my appetite for content.

I also have a sensitivity for video formats. It was therefore natural for me to move into TV journalism after obtaining my journalist-editor certification from CFPJ.
I made my first television steps with an on-camera report for France 4, then covered some replacements on M6 for the "Expliquez-nous" segment of "19.45," dealing with current events in a concise manner.

In parallel with my journalism activities and building on my experience with brands and advertisers, I also collaborate on Brand Journalism projects (live, web series, on-camera reports, TV news, segments, teasers, event hosting...). I am very regularly involved in editorial strategy, writing, directing, and executive production.

Concurrently, I am also a consultant, and my "Swiss Army knife" nature allows me to easily immerse myself in different environments and a wide range of subjects. Furthermore, I have expertise in issues related to change management in Customer Experience, having supported several major companies (Air France, Sephora, PSG, Le Bon Marché / La Grande Épicerie...).

I present each situation and subject in an accessible, lively, and authentic way, always with the audience in mind and valuing the speakers. I distinguish myself through my energy, audacity, and spontaneity.
