My name is Caroline, I am 42 years old and I am a Trainer & Facilitator in collective intelligence and Graphic Facilitator, after more than 20 years of experience in large international groups as an HR professional, specializing in recruitment and employer branding.

My HR background taught me to understand team dynamics, relational issues, and the support needs of organizations in transformation. At the same time, my lifelong passion for drawing and sketchnoting naturally led me to a career change where human interaction, visuals, collaboration, and transmission come together.

What I do today: I support organizations – companies, associations, and local authorities – that wish to strengthen cooperation, streamline their work processes, or mobilize the intelligence of their teams.
