For almost 4 years, I have been Co-founder of NeuronForest, a leading company in the agility and organizational transformation sector.

I have worked with teams in Technology, Information Systems, and Marketing, across various business sectors such as aeronautics, hospitality, artificial intelligence, communication agencies, and banking. This has given me a holistic view of the development and functioning of different sectors and organizations.

My purpose and motivation are to accompany clients in their transformation process to reach their desired level of maturity, achieving their business objectives in a more efficient, agile, and self-organized manner.

For the success of the transformation process, I have supported all levels of the organization: from building and supporting teams to aligning with management and implementing actions at the cultural and strategic levels.
